Stella's love of houses and real estate extend back over 25 years. Since 1983 Stella has built many homes in Vancouver Island and Vancouver, from mid-range single family units to luxurious homes. Stella has learned the housing business from the "ground" up, she has her own building company and acted as a general contractor. Several homes in the "Westwood Plateau" area in Vancouver proudly wear "The Built By Stella" badge. She's one of the few women builders in Canada today.

Born in Indonesia, Stella has been in Canada since 1969. Stella has vast contacts throughout Asia. Stella and her team fluently converse in six languages (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Farsi and Indonesian) and her clientele is definitely "global".

Stella's achievements in 2009 include, member of the "Presidents and Medallion Club" at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (top 3 of all Realtors in the Lower Mainland), the #1 realtor in the Tri-Cities area, the #1 realtor at Prudential Sterling Realty. 2007/2008 the #1 Prudential agent in Canada, the #1 Prudential agent in North America, 2 Pinnacle Awards 2007 and member of Prudential Chairman's Circle.
