Stella's love of houses and real estate extend back over 27 years. Stella has built many homes on Vancouver Island and in the Vancouver area, ranging from mid-range single family units to luxurious homes. Stella has learned the housing business from the "ground" up. She operated her own building company and acted as the general contractor. Several homes in the "Westwood Plateau" area in Vancouver proudly wear the "Built By Stella" badge. She has been one of the few successfull women builders in all of Canada.

Born in Indonesia, Stella has been in Canada since 1969. She has vast contacts throughout Asia. Stella and her team fluently converse in several languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Indonesian) in addition to English, and her clientele is definitely "global".

Stella's achievements include membership in the "Presidents and Medallion Club" of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board. She is continually in the top 1/2% of all Realtors in the lower mainland and one of the top realtors in the Tri-Cities area. She started her Real Estate career at Prudential Sterling Realty and within a year she is one of the top agents in her office. In the past years she was not only the top Prudential Sterling agent she became the top Prudential Agent in Canada and "North America" (2007). She's always one of the top 20 agents in North America (this versus 68000 total agents). She is a member of Prudential's Diamond and has been a winner of their "Pinnacles" and "Top of the Rock" award many times over.

Having been to the Top of the Rock and #1 in North America, Stella looked for a new challange and in October of 2010, she joined the Remax Sabre group. As you know, Remax is the number one agency in Canada.
